8/27/2024 Update: Per the addendum to solicitation provision 52.212-1, paragraph 1.2, the Government anticipated awarding PACTS III in August 2024. The Government will not be awarding PACTS III in August 2024 and a new date of award has not yet been determined. Once the Government has a date it anticipates awarding PACTS III, we will post it on sam.gov.

Clarity is being provided as to what “if applicable” means in the addendum to 52.212-1, paragraph 4.3.1.2.2(f) in the statement “contract number and line item (if applicable)“.

The intent of including “if applicable” after “contract number and line item” was meant to state, if the contract number and line item is available. To clarify this further, the DHS recognizes that including the contract number on a invoice and/or proof of payment may not be standard practice; therefore, the contract number may not be included on the invoice and/or proof of payment. Amendment 0003 to 70SBUR24R00000003 has been issued to incorporate changes that have been made to the Solicitation Cover Page, Part II - Contract Clauses, Part III – Terms and Conditions and Attachments, and Part IV – Solicitation Provisions/ Instructions/ Evaluation (extended the proposal submission date)

5/8/2024 Update:

The DHS intends on amending this solicitation, no later than May 10, 2024, to include the following updates:
