The purpose of this CSO is to acquire innovative commercial solutions on a project-basis. These solutions must introduce new technologies, processes, or methods to close capability gaps in areas such as strategic planning, operational efficiency, governance, or technology/program management. Proposals must present a complete, cost-effective solution structured for full adoption and sustainment by Government personnel, ensuring the long-term integration of the new capability and its associated benefits.
