GENERAL INTENTION: Marine Corps Installations - National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a commercial requirement for Professional Art Framing Services. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the MCI-NCR Regional Contracting Office is issuing a commercial solicitation for the acquisition of such services.
