Production Engineering Services for Japan ASEV and BMD

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to conduct other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-22-G-5311 to Raytheon Missiles and Defense located in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The awarded order will satisfy United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS Modernization requirements.  These requirements include equipment changes for the AEGIS Fire Control System (FCS) MK99, Technical Engineering Services in support for Ballistic Missile Defense Agency (BMD), and FMS Japan Shipbuilding efforts.
