PRISON RAPE ELIMINATION ACT (PREA) AUDITING SERVICES

The passing of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) into law in 2003, necessitated the creation of federally recognized prison and jail standards, and the implementation of these standards by all local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
