NASA/NSSC has a requirement for development of printing processes for nanomaterial-based carbon dioxide and methane sensors. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Nano OPS. Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). To the best of the Technical Organization’s knowledge, Nano OPS, Inc. is the only vendor capable of meeting NASA GSFC's requirements for the specified work.
