Preventive Maintenance Services for Optometry Equipment

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement for maintenance and repair services for all optical and microscope equipment. The period of performance will be 12 months from date of award with four subsequent 12-month Option Years.

The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 07/06/2025 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation.
