Preventive Maintenance Services for HVAC systems in Annex Compound

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Preventive Maintenance Services for HVAC systems in Annex Compound at the U.S. Embassy, Seoul, Korea.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it in electronic format to the Contracting officer at SeoulProposals@state.gov.

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires preventive maintenance service contract for HVAC systems in the Annex compound. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  

The Government plans to issue the solicitation in February 2026. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
