Preventive Maintenance of Photovoltaic System

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date, and update Section
4 as follows.
I. The proposal due date is extended to Monday, June 2,2025 at 17:00 hours
(SAST).
II. Update Evaluation Factors, Section 4, paragraph #1 & 4 (page 53) as follows.
- Paragraph 1: Award will be based upon the determined best value for the USG.
