Preventative Maintenance of Embassy Chillers

The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance services of the Two (2) Carrier Chillers at the U.S. Embassy Canberra. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.

Contractor shall provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools and equipment to perform preventive maintenance. All personnel working in the vicinity will wear and /or use safety protection while all work is performed. Any questions or injuries will be brought to the attention of the Post Occupation Safety and Health Officer (POSHO) immediately.
