THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW FAR 6.103-1(b) with Luminex Corporation, 12212 Technology Blvd. Austin, TX 78727, as the only responsible source that can preventive maintenance and service of two (2) MAGPIX RUO instruments.
