Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, requiring the dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.  This is not a solicitation nor constitute a request for quotes or proposals.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award contract for a Preventative Maintenance and Service Agreement covering ICP-OES and ICP-MS instruments and associated accessories.  The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
