This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) FAR Subparts 14 and 36.
