Presolicitation Notice Masonry Repairs, Melvin Price Federal Building and USCH 750 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62201 The following work will be performed at the Melvin Price Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, located at 750 Missouri Ave., East St. Louis, IL 62201.
