Prescott Replace Steam Boilers (Project No. 649-22-104)

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation.  The VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System located at 500 Highway 89 North, Prescott, Arizona, 86313 has a requirement to replace three 50-year-old facility boilers with new steam boilers.  Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, certification, supervision, and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with this project.  The work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion.  All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the ....
