The Virginia National Guard is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals in Bowling Green, VA. Government facilities are not available for the preparation of meals. Meals shall be prepared off-site and delivered ready for consumption in individualized containers.
