Precipitation Sticks for NWS Cooperative Observer Program (COOP)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), on behalf of the National Weather Service (NWS), is seeking quotations from qualified small business vendors to supply precipitation measuring sticks used in the Cooperative Observer Program (COOP). The Government intends to make an award to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
