Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Syndicated Data Core Services Capabilities to Continental United States (CONUS) and Overseas Continental United States (OCONUS) Support

This Pre-Solicitation Notice serves as notification to industry of the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for Syndicated Data Core Services Capabilities to Continental United States (CONUS) and Overseas Continental United States (OCONUS) Locations supporting the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). Currently, DeCA acquires Syndicated Data Core Services through task orders HC102815D0004 HC102817F1294 (CONUS) and HC102815D0004 HC108424F0140 (OCONUS). This procurement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15,Contracting by Negotiation.
