Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for AH-64 Apache Modernized Target Acquisition and Designation Sight/ Pilot Night Vision System (MTADS/PNVS) Performance Based Logistics (PBL)

The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the AH-64 MTADS/PNVS PBL requirement. This contract will provide non-personal services and logistics support for the MTADS/PNVS system.

 The system is a propriety system developed by Lockheed Martin, and the Government does not possess the technical data package for this system.
