3/11/2025:  Amendment 1 has been uploaded. 

1) to clarify the location, “Facility to be located in the Washington, DC area, within either: the city limits of Washington, DC; Montgomery County, Maryland; Prince George's County, Maryland; Arlington County, Virginia; or Fairfax County, Virginia.”
2) the Contractor will have up to 240 days after award to begin performance.

4/24/2025: Amendment 2 - extended another 31 days (see attached). The new due date is Friday, May 30th, 2025 by 2:00 pm.

5/7/2025:  Amendment 3 - extended another 90 days (see attached).  The new due date is Thursday, August 28th, 2025 by 2:00pm.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male only Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes which located in the Washington, DC area, Montgomery County Maryland, Prince George's County Maryland, Arlington County Virginia and/or Fairfax County Virginia.
