Pre-Solicitation Notice - Plastic Sphere Dispenser

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Special Projects Operations Center, (SPOC), East Branch, is soliciting proposals on a full and open basis from all interested businesses having the capability to provide a Helicopter Cargo Hook Mounted Plastic Sphere Dispenser (PSD) based on the attached salient characteristics.
