The following is a Pre-Solicitation Notice.

The Library of Congress (LOC), Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK), is seeking proposals from vendors for the Books & Non-Print Materials and Related Support vehicle, which will be a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year base with no options.

The LOC requires contract support to provide Books and Non-Print Materials and Related Support. The LOC provides these materials under FEDLINK.
