Pre-Solicitation Notice for Fresh Milk & Dairy Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the Southern California Zone

This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for SPE300-26-R-0027 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items (Group 1A), (Group 1B) and (Group 1C) all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of War (“DoW”) customers in the Southern California Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm-fixed price with two 18-month pricing tiers. The contract period is expected to be from June 13, 2026 to June 13, 2029.
