Post Award Synopsis - Fiber Optic Kits

This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement for fiber optic kits. This effort is sole source to Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc. (CAGE: 08RC6). Authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), where the supplies are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy the agency requirements.
