The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement for The Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), to be awarded on a competitive basis, to ensure that cement is being delivered to help foundry remain on top of everyday production needs for its Columbia and Virginia projects.
