On behalf of the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA), the U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division has awarded Contract W15QKN-26-P-A013 to procure portable latrine services for the DRFTA in Devens, MA.
