Point of Service Coolers

Naval Sea Systems Command intends to procure point of service coolers via a sole source order with VT Milcom Inc, located in Virginia Beach, VA.  VT Milcom is the only source with the expertise and knowledge to meet the Government's delivery requirements to support in-yard need dates. 

This notice is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement.  Generic capability statements that do not specify how it will fulfill these requirements will be deemed non-responsive without any further communication from the Government.
