Project Description: This requirement is for the construction services required to complete playground upgrades for the CDC at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Specific work includes supply and installation of a new climbing structure for ages 0-5 (including site preparation, layout verification, equipment assembly, and secure anchoring of the structure) and the expanding of existing swing set fall zones for ages 6-10.
