Plant Management and Care Services

This procurement is for a base plus 4 option years contract for plant management and care services. Currently within the CC, OCMR requires a contractor who will install and maintain, move and/or remove upon request, interior plants in the hospital and the Edmond J. Safra Lodge (Building 65). The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, labor, qualified personnel, material, equipment and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, to provide plants and maintenance procedures for live and silk interior and flowering plants as specified in this SOW.
