NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) (A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Justification and Approval will be attached with solicitation.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both SAM and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil)
