Amendment 0005 corrects the Government’s response to Question 5 in Attachment 6 issued with Amendment 0004. Item number 59 shall have a wall thickness of 0.049. All other information remains correct. The quotation due date is not extended.

Amendment 0004 is issued to incorporate the Government’s responses to the second round of vendor questions, replace RFQ package 47QACA26Q0391_R1 with 47QACA26Q0391_R2, revise Section 2, Schedule of Supplies, and replace Attachment 3, Pricing Spreadsheet, with Attachment 3_Rev1. 1. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT:
This amendment formally transitions this requirement to a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6. This action is taken under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), applying simplified commercial procurement procedures up to $9 million. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued.
