Solicitation N0042125Q1307 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for FAR Part 13   The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a Brand name basis. This action will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
