Philpott Lake and Dam Janitorial

The provide cleaning services for the Government facilities at the Philpott Lake Project. These facilities include one (1) Visitor Center, eight (8) public recreation areas, and the Philpott Powerhouse. Services in public recreation areas will include cleaning in and around public sanitary facilities, emptying waste receptacles in parks, and policing for loose trash and waste. Services in the Visitor Center and Philpott Powerhouse will include waste removal, policing for waste around the facility, and general cleaning of floors, walls, fixtures, equipment, restrooms, offices, common areas, etc.
