This combined synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for quote for Defibrillators to the Outpatient Department at Pinon Health Center (PHC) and Defibrillators to the Nursing Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS).
