This combined synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for quote for one (1) Defibrillator to the Outpatient Department at Pinon Health Center (PHC) and six (6) Defibrillators to the Nursing Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS).
