Pest Control Service

The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Pest Control services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the US Consulate General Compound at Mohammedia District in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract with fixed service charges. The fixed service charges shall include wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses, materials (including cost of Workers’ Compensation and War-Hazard Insurance, which shall not be a direct reimbursement), taxes, and profit. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Pest Control services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the US Consulate General Compound at Mohammedia District in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Contracting Officer shall issue task orders identifying the buildings and/or sites requiring pest control.  The work shall be accomplished in a manner which conforms to the intent of all applicable Department of State (DOS) safety, health, and environmental policies, standards and regulations. 

The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options.
