Presolicitation Synopsis Notice - 2026 National Scout Jamboree Personnel Life Support Services The USPFO for WV Contracting Office in WV intends to issue a Requestion for Proposals to award a single firm fixed-price contract for personnel life support services for in support of the 2026 National Scout Jamboree. The contractor shall provide a self-sustaining base located at Combat Trains Command Post (CTCP) Victory (south region of Summit Bechtel Reserve 37°53'25.2"N 81°06'40.2"W), in Fayette County, WV, and additional support tentage at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport (RCMA) located in the surrounding area.
