Payload Control System (PCS)

This requirement is being solicited as a sole source SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) Phase Ill to SEACORP in accordance with the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638). The requirement is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract to SEACORP, CAGE Code 2V276, Middletown, RI 02842.
