INL seeks to contract a U.S. vendor to procure, ship, install, and support a small-scale body-worn camera (BWC) pilot for the Korps Politie Suriname (KPS), under the Suriname Ministry of Justice and Security (MOJS). The pilot will be based in Paramaribo. The contractor will deliver: ? At least 25 operational BWCs, plus spares of at least 10% ? A contractor-acquired, on-premises digital evidence management system (DEMS), with server, encrypted local backup, and supporting infrastructure, located entirely in Suriname ?
