PAINTS AND FLOORS FOR GOVERNMENT HOUSING

1.1 SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to paint interior and exterior surfaces and refinish interior hardwood flooring at (20) selected USCG Base Cape Cod Housing units in Bourne, MA 02542.

1.1.2 REQUIRED WORK: This list should not be considered complete. It represents the general items needed to complete the contract requirements.

1. Prep and paint all interior surfaces to include: walls, ceilings, doors, closets, trim, windows, moldings, bulkhead/cellar ways, bulkhead/cellar steps, basement walls and basement floors.
2. Prep and paint all exterior doors and door trim.
3. If a home has a garage, prep and paint garage exterior entry doors and door trim, and interior finished walls.
