Painting services in Milan, Italy

The Contractor shall provide painting, drywall/plaster repair, and related services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Milan, Italy. There will be a pre-solicitation conference held at the U.S. Consulate in Milan on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 15:00 local time. Please refer to the attachments for specific information.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate in Milan, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the painting services for the U.S. Consulate and leased residential quarters in Milan, Italy.

The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.  This service is to be performed at approximately 20-25, between offices and residences.
