DORMITORY BUILDINGS INTERIOR REPAINTING

Re-painting of two dormitory buildings, totaling approximately 109,000 square feet of interior space. Each
building has four floors with approximately (26) to (34) rooms per floor on floors 1, 2 and 3.
Re-painting of all hallways, stairwells (including stairs and hand rails), dorm rooms and bathrooms. Hallway,
laundry room, mail room and IT office will be painted in basement level (Zero Deck) of Jones Hall.
Hallway in basement level (Zero Deck) of Barry Hall is required.
