Paint restoration for the exterior surface of Embassy buildings

The Contractor shall complete all work, including the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, and services, required for the paint
restoration of the exterior surfaces of the Embassy buildings.  The contract shall be executed in four (4) phases.
Phase 1: Chancery Building, Staff Garden.
Phase 2: Service Building, Generator Building.
Phase 3: Covered Parking, Guard & Police Booth, CAC Building, External Building.
Phase 4: Perimeter fence
