PAE Leadership Training - VANGUARD XXI

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA), on behalf of the Portfolio Acquisition Executive Agile Sustainment & Ammunition (PAE AS&A), has awarded a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Vanguard XXI, LLC (Contract: W519TC-26-C-A094) for Executive-Level Leadership Development, Coaching Certification, and Cultural Actualization training services.

The contract consists of a 12-month Base Year and three (3) 12-month Option Years, with a total period of performance of 48 months. Services will be delivered across seven (7) designated Government installations.

The statutory authority permitting this sole-source acquisition is 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501, Sole Source Acquisitions under the Commercial Products and Services Test Program. The redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii).
