1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time. 2. Description: The TAFB Wings over Solano Airshow requires Static Demonstration services of a P-63 and C-47A. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary for Aerial Static Demonstration services.
