This is a firm-fixed-price acquisition for the commercial overhaul service of Government-owned Denison legacy steering pumps for SRF-JRMC Det Yokosuka. The procurement is being conducted on a limited-sources basis under FAR Part 13.

As stated in the Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A), this procurement is limited to sources that are authorized to perform work on the Denison legacy 61 series product. J&A Attached.
