and DRAFT Program Announcement (PA) for Naval Information Warfare Systems Center

This is a notice for the Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) 3 final Program Announcement (PA)
for Naval Information Warfare Systems Center Command (NAVWAR), Naval Information Warfare Center
(NIWC) Atlantic and NIWC Pacific, consortium-based Other Transaction (OT) (N6523623R0063). Proposal
submissions are due at noon EST on 11/28/2023. Please review carefully to account for changes from the
draft PA. Attachment 1 will be sent separately upon request and notification from e-Commerce of a
completed CUI NDA.
