The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N24B0013 for OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2024. The dredging project includes mandatory and optional work at seven locations, two in Oregon (Port Orford and Charleston) and five in Washington (Baker Bay, Chinook, Longview Turning Basin, Old Mouth Cowlitz, and the Columbia River at Vancouver).
