The contractor shall provide all services, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except is specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform on-base and off-base injury prevention and mitigation, rehabilitation exercise services, and human performance optimization services to rated personnel assigned to the 138th Fighter Wing (138FW), Tulsa, OK, as part of the Optimizing the Human Weapons System (OHWS) initiative.
