The Minnesota Air National Guard intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract for non-personal physical health services in support of the local Optimizing Human Weapon System (OHWS) Program for the 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth, MN. This requirement will support approximately 40 individuals. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Certified Strength and Condition Specialist and an Athletic Trainer are required. Physical Therapist and Massage Therapists are desired.Background: Up to 85% fighter aircrew surveyed reported some type of spine discomfort during their career.
